Digital Nature Notice: Due to the nature of digital products, once a plugin, theme, or file has been downloaded from Bright GPL, it is considered "opened" and cannot be physically returned. However, we offer a limited refund policy under the specific conditions outlined below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a product is found to be completely unusable or corrupted, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • You must contact contact@brightgpl.com or our WhatsApp support first.
  • Allow 24–72 hours for our team to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Refunds are only approved if the product fails to perform its core function on a clean WordPress installation.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

A refund request will be considered only if:

  • The product is fundamentally broken or unusable.
  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support staff.
  • The request is initiated within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • You have provided necessary details (screenshots/access) for troubleshooting.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT issue refunds for the following reasons:

✘ Change of mind or mistaken purchase
✘ Compatibility issues with your hosting or other plugins
✘ License key or "Register for Updates" warnings
✘ Limitations in Demo Import or Cloud Features
✘ Update delays (We update as soon as we get the files)
✘ Refusal to provide access for troubleshooting
✘ Promotional offers, renewals, or discounted plans
✘ Lack of technical skill to use WordPress

Membership & Subscription Plans

Membership plans provide instant, unrestricted access to our entire digital library. Therefore, Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Payment & Processing

  • Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Certain payment methods (such as Crypto or Manual UPI Transfers) may be non-refundable due to gateway limitations.
  • Refunds requested after the 7-day window will be strictly rejected.

Product Removal & Disputes

Removal: Products may be removed from our platform without notice due to author decisions or licensing changes. This does not qualify for a refund.

Disputes: Please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent disputes will result in an immediate account ban and blacklisting by Risho Digitech.
